 Do I have to be there?
It's not necessary for you to be present for your inspection, but it will be beneficial if you choose to follow our inspector. Observe and ask questions. You will learn about our property and receive many maintenance tips to help you in the future.

What Is The Cost?
The cost of the inspection will vary with the size and structure of your property. Fees are based on the total square footage. Call us for a firm quote prior to the inspection. Payment is due at the time of the inspection. The inspection fee includes an itemized report and a verbal summary. The inspector will I also provide you with maintenance tips and will take photos of any areas of concern. 

 

What's Included in commercial inspections?
EXTERIOR ~ Grading, drainage and walls next to building, wall coverings, decks, porches, steps, patios, roof covering, parking, and A.D.A.

STRUCTURE ~ From the foundation to the roof.

GARAGE ~ Structure, wall and roof coverings, doors, electrical, automatic openers and fire-wall separations.

PLUMBING ~ Interior water supply and waste disposal systems.

HVAC ~ Heating & cooling systems and distribution, heat sources, exterior condition of chimneys.

ELECTRICAL ~ Wiring and fixtures inside and outside of building, all panel boxes, and a representative number of
accessible receptacles and switches.

INTERIOR ~ Walls, ceilings, floors, windows, cabinets, counters, and stairs. (not for cosmetic conditions.)

INSULATION and VENTILATION ~Type and amount of insulation and means of ventilation.

The end result will be a complete comprehensive inspection outlining physical deficiencies, issues to remedy and a detailed narrative report with photos. Your report is available in digital or printed format.
